Value Management Institute of Taiwan Business Promotion Management Guideline

1.Declaration

This policy is a further explanation of the mission of 3rd and 4th rules under the 2nd regulation of this committee.

2. Business Categories

a. Type A: This kind of project is usually requested directly to the Taiwan Value Management Institute by private business or projects that are approved by the chairs of the Institute's committee.

b. Type B: Projects that are suggested by the members of the Institute and are approved by the Institute.

c. Type C: Those are not within Type A nor Type B.

3. Execution

a. Type A--

i. This committee will appoint experts or members who have adequate license to host special projects or workshops.

ii. The host will design a project proposal from the appointed assignment, this proposal should include, the time it would take, the budget, and how many people that he would need to complete this project. Later, the chairs of the committee will discuss and approve the proposal as a workable plan.

iii. The host then will start the plan and report any progress to the committee. After the approval of the committee, the plan can be turned in to the clients.

iv. The committee will appoint a secretary to handle budget related question , along with the progress report, the secretary will ask clients for funds, and then give the budget to the host.

v. Upon the finishing of the project, the host will prepare a financial report for the chair of the committee to discuss and then approve, later the Managing Board of Directors will inspect again for reference purpose.

vi. 20% of the project profit should be turned in as the administrating fee for the Institute.

b. Type B--

i. This committee will appoint experts or members who have adequate license to host special projects or workshops.

ii. The host will follow a plan prepared by the committee, and report any progress to the committee. After the approval of the committee, the plan can be turned it to the clients.

iii. The committee will appoint a secretary to handle budget related questions, along with the progress report, the secretary will ask the clients for funds, 20% of the budget will be turned in to the committee as administration fee, the rest of it will be used by the host to further execute the project.

iv. Upon the finishing of the project, the host will prepare a financial report?for the chair of the committee to discuss and then approve, later the Managing Board of Directors will inspect again for reference purpose.

c. Type C--Same as Type A

4. Accounting and reimbursement

The funds or budget that will used during the project should be reported followed by the laws of Republican of China and the regulations of the committee for reimbursement.

5. If there is any contradiction in this guideline, please follow the regulations of the committee and the laws of Republican of China.

6. This guideline has been approved by the committee and will be executed immediately.
